How do I track my application status?

Once you submit an application and complete payment, a unique Tracking ID (e.g., UC-485932) will be generated. You can check the current status of your application on our Track Page using this ID or your phone number. You will also receive SMS alerts.

Are my documents safe?

Absolutely. All client document uploads are securely encrypted and transmitted. Once our staff completes your application on the official government portal, the local document uploads are marked for auto-deletion to maintain client privacy.

What happens if my application is rejected?

If there is any issue with your uploaded document or eligibility, our staff will update your status with detailed remarks (e.g., "Invalid Signature Scan"). You can review these remarks on the tracking page, re-upload correct documents, and submit again without paying convenience charges.
